Pantellos is announced the appointment of Randy I. Walker to its Board of Directors, filling the seat vacated by the late Gene Richter. Walker is Corporate Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), the nation’s largest employee-owned research and engineering company. In this role, he is responsible for diversifying and expanding the SAIC business base into new markets.
Before joining SAIC, Walker was a member of IBM’s Senior Leadership Group, where he led the expansion of several IBM businesses throughout its operations in Asia Pacific. He also held numerous senior positions at IBM, with responsibility for IBM technology and business process solutions in customer relationship management, enterprise resource management, supply chain management and e-business services organizations. Before joining IBM, Walker held management positions at Deloitte and Touche and Digital Equipment Corporation.
