More than 3,100 individuals from supplier companies have used Pantellos RFx Management to participate in bid events. For these busy professionals, Pantellos is introducing a new training tool that makes learning RFx Management easier than ever. The new training is a series of interactive computer-based modules designed for maximum convenience and easy access.
The initial modules, available in late July, cover the basics of RFx Management for suppliers. Bidders can quickly learn how to perform common tasks, such as logging in, accepting invitations, viewing event details and sending a bid package. Instructions are presented in simple step-by-step fashion with illustrations using actual RFx screens. Interactive quizzes provide instant feedback so users can gauge their understanding of the information.
The computer-based training modules are accessible on the Internet, allowing users to schedule their training when it’s most convenient for them. “A great advantage of this training is that it’s a ‘just-in-time’ solution,” said Bob Moore, Pantellos business process solutions manager for RFx. “Training is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so users can take the course whenever they like.”
Pantellos is also developing other computer-based courses, including RFx Management training modules for buyers and a course on Pantellos Buyer.
